Attuned Education Partners is a consulting firm created by leaders of some of the nation’s most effective school districts and charter school organizations.
Challenges
As Attuned grew, their client-facing strategic planning and progress monitoring support tools needed to mature from Excel to a customized solution. Leadership believed that they could support clients more effectively if they had a stronger, more customized software solution. But, the project was stalled by lack of internal capacity to move from ideas to a working technology tool.
Solution
Attuned hired Clarity to apply its deep experience in PK-12 education, consulting, and technology planning to understand Attuned’s vision and needs. Clarity brought a deep track record managing technology implementations, the evaluation of build versus buy decisions, and expertise hiring technology talent to find a new product manager. Within 8 months of working together, a beta product was launched and the new Head of Software hired.
